Payouts are issued on a NET-15 basis (15 days after the end of the calendar month in which the sale occurred).
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and the delivery of their tool or subscription.
Sellers must not list tools that infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI provider's Terms of Service.
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including VAT/GST collection where required. DozyTech provides transaction records but is not a tax advisor.
DozyTech reserves the right to remove listings, suspend sellers, or withhold payouts for violations, chargebacks exceeding 1% of transactions, or fraudulent activity.
Refunds issued to buyers will be deducted from seller payouts. DozyTech's refund window is 7 days post-purchase for digital products.
Sellers must provide accurate payout and tax residency information. False information may result in account termination and funds being held.
